Master Aging Plan
2025-2030 Durham Comprehensive Aging Plan
Since 2019, Durham County has been a member of the Age-friendly Network of States and Communities. Aging Well Durham serves as the backbone agency for the Durham Comprehensive Aging Plan. More than 140 individuals, including older adults and adults who have disabilities along with representatives from Durham’s civic, public and private sectors created the Plan.
2025 Respiratory Illness Communications Toolkit
The 2025 NC DHHS Respiratory Illness Communications Toolkit includes the most up-to-date resources to help North Carolinians defend themselves and their families against serious illness. This toolkit is bilingual English and Spanish.
